At Thrive, we want to empower you as you begin your Pilates journey. We offer three ways to begin your Pilates journey: schedule a free 30-minute consultation, join our monthly Welcome to Thrive class on the first Saturday of every month, or book a private session for personalized instruction. Free 30 Minute Consultation
This a great opportunity for new students to meet with one of our wonderful instructors and get a studio tour. During this private consultation, we will talk about your goals, explain Pilates benefits, and how we do things at our studio. Come with questions!
Welcome to Thrive Class
This monthly introductory class is designed specifically for new clients to discover the fundamentals of Mat Pilates and explore all the equipment available in our studio, including the Reformer, Tower, and EXO Chair. The comprehensive 60-minute session provides a thorough foundation in Pilates principles and techniques, followed by a dedicated 15-minute Q&A period where participants can ask questions and receive personalized guidance. Exclusive to first-time clients, this introductory class also provides access to special package pricing for future sessions, making it the perfect starting point for your Pilates journey at Thrive.
One-on-One Private Sessions
New students can take advantage of our special introductory package: Three Intro Private Sessions at a discounted rate. Experience the ultimate in personalized Pilates with our one-on-one private sessions. Working closely with your instructor, you'll have full access to our complete studio equipment—from the mat to the Tower—all tailored to your unique goals and needs. Whether you're recovering from an injury, training for a specific sport, or experiencing Pilates for the first time, your instructor will create a customized program designed just for you.
Please note: As a courtesy to our instructors and clients on a waiting list for a session or class, we request you cancel or reschedule your session at least 24-hour in advance. Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service booked.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that allow you to bend and move. Wearing form-fitting clothing is suggested, as this makes it easier for your instructor to identify postural and alignment issues, and ensure proper form. However, your comfort is most important, so wear what feels best to you.
Pilates is practiced barefoot or with special grippy socks.
